Learn the art making a great cocktail from local partners in our community and the talented bartenders of the Manor. We will use seasonal ingredients to create festive cocktails to put all in the holiday spirit. Small plates will be offered throughout the event.

1^st Course-Flatbread Pizza with Maple Syrup Butternut Squash, Red Onion, Fresh Mozzarella , Gorgonzola, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Fresh Sage

2^nd Course-Mixed Field Greens with Pomegranate, Fresh Bartlett Pears, Holiday Spiced Almonds, Fried Goat Cheese served with a White Balsamic Vinaigrette and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

3^rd Course-Chicken Cacciatore served with Potato Gnocchi and Fresh Vegetable Medley

4^th Course-Marbled Buttermilk Bundt Cake with Penuche and Frosted Berries

$45 Members, $50 Non-Members plus tax and gratuity

Arrive at 5:30 p.m. for a docent led tour and shopping in our Market. Dinner and program begin at 6:30 p.m
