A special tradition at the Manor House, the Winter Wonderland Dinner is back this year on Friday, Dec. 9. Seating is limited.

During dinner, enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace and twinkle lights while enjoying a gourmet three-course meal in the Manor House’s living or dining room. A cocktail menu also will be offered at the event.

The dinner consists of a salad course, a pasta course with meat and vegetarian options, and a dessert.

Course 1: Salad

Harvest Salad
Tender Baby Greens, Sliced Gull Meadow Farms Apple, Little Town Jerky Lardons, Soft Boiled Duck Egg, Red Onion, Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Course 2: Pasta

Braised Short Rib Pappardelle
Hand Cut Egg Pappardelle, Herbed Mascarpone Mousse, Pistachio Gremolata

Or

Pasta with a Sprout it Wild Mushroom Ragu

Course 3: Dessert

Salted Caramel Cake
Madagascar Vanilla Creme, Dulce de Leche

Registration

The dinner cost is $78 for Manor House members, and $85 for non-members, and includes dinner, one glass of wine, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuity.
