Monarch caterpillar on milkweek leafDid you know that Milkweed is a Michigan Native Perennial and is the only source of food for the caterpillar which turns into the beautiful Monarch Butterfly? Following a delicious lunch, guests will learn what they can do to help increase the population of butterflies in their yards. 

1st Course
 Miso Ramen Soup with fresh Scallions, Carrots, Shitake Mushrooms, Bell Peppers and Hard Boiled Egg
 Fried Won Ton Skins served with Sweet and Sour Sauce

2nd Course
Grilled Soy Ginger Sirloin Steak over Mixed Field Greens, Rainbow Kale, Napa Cabbage with Fresh Vegetables, White Ginger Dressing and Crispy Rice Noodles
3rd Course
White Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Blueberries, Lemon Pound Cake and Mint
Cost: $28/members. $30/non-members.
