This hands-on workshop will include a demonstration from instructor Mary Arkush of how to cut a block or lino cut plate, show you what materials you need and where to get them so that you can do this at your own home.
The real fun comes when you print your own designs using the assortment of stamps that will be provided. Included in the price will be a kitchen towel and a tote bag for you to design and take home.
Best of all, you can bring your own fabric items such as a tee-shirt or apron – ANY plain fabric item!!! Even small wood signs will work! (Most craft departments will have many items – but shirts can be from your own closet!). Bring as many items in as you want and use the stamps to create fun designs.
Cost:
Members/$40
Non-members/$45
Location: Carriage House Classroom
All supplies are provided.
